Falkbuilt is transforming the way interior construction is designed and built. Our Digital Component Construction approach combines proven construction methods with next-generation technology to create beautiful, high-performing, cost-effective environments—faster and smarter. At Falkbuilt Salt Lake City, we believe the construction industry can be better, and we are actively working to make it happen. We are a hardworking, customer-focused, ridiculously passionate team that values great ideas, strong relationships, personal accountability, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
Our purpose is simple: Elevate people’s personal connection to the workplace. Every space we design changes how someone experiences their workday. That is the standard we hold our work to.
We are looking for Designers who want to do more than produce drawings. We are looking for people who think critically, solve problems, build relationships, take ownership, keep learning, and care deeply about the work they put into the world.
THIS ROLE IS A REMOTE POSITION. We would rather hire the right designer wherever they live than settle for the right zip code. Working from home well takes real setup and real discipline, though, so read the Remote Work Requirements below before you apply — they are requirements, not preferences.
Falkbuilt Designer – The Role
You will work closely with clients, Branch teams, Falkbuilt HQ, architects, contractors, and project partners to understand project goals, develop solutions, and bring design intent to life through Falkbuilt’s Digital Component Construction process. You will contribute to preconstruction, pricing, design, visualization, documentation, and project coordination. This includes reviewing project information, developing scopes and pricing packages, interpreting architectural documents, creating coordinated drawings and Revit models, and helping identify opportunities, challenges, and solutions before they impact the project.

How We Work
These five values help define who we are, how we work, and how we grow together. They guide the people we bring onto our team and the way we support each other along the way — and they are what we will ask you about when we talk. Expect the interview to dig into how you have lived these, not just whether you agree with them.
- We Lead with Integrity — honesty, transparency, and accountability in every interaction. We do what is right for our clients, partners, and team — even when it is difficult.
- We Pursue Excellence — craftsmanship, expertise, collaboration, and attention to detail. We keep raising the standard on speed, quality, and execution.
- We Grow Relentlessly — growth is never finished. We learn, adapt, and improve, and we treat feedback and curiosity as fuel.
- We Build Better Together — trust, respect, humility, and the success of the team over individual ego. Strong relationships create extraordinary results.
- We Innovate with Purpose — we challenge conventional thinking and use creativity, technology, and calculated risk to build better outcomes.
