You'll join a team of seven recruiters responsible for recruiting STEM-related talent across a variety of disciplines. The specific recruiting focus is flexible. While the team primarily supports STEM-focused roles, we're keeping the requirements broad and will evaluate candidates based on overall recruiting experience, sourcing capabilities, and ability to adapt across different technical talent areas.
Key Responsibilities

- Actively lead, support, and implement the organization's recruiting strategies and efforts.
- Provide regular updates and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process for both hiring leader and candidate.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and share best practices around candidate sources, inclusive recruiting, and candidate pipelining.
- Ensure the hiring process is conducted in a values-based and defensible manner, with appropriate documentation completed and maintained. Stay current on legal and regulatory requirements tied to employee selection.
- Collaborate with HR team members to keep job descriptions marketable and clear, with qualifications aligned to role responsibilities. Thoroughly pre-screen candidates and present a high-quality slate to hiring managers.
- Participate in and/or lead process improvement projects.
- Collaborate with HR peers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders on creative solutions for hard-to-fill positions.
