Technoid LLC is looking for an experienced Workday HCM (PATT) Consultant to join our team.
Title : Workday HCM (PATT) Consultant
Location : Piscataway, NJ Onsite
Experience : 7-10 years
Type : W2 Contract only
Note: Consultant must have hands on experience with PATT (Performance, Absence, Talent & Time) and should be willing to work from Piscataway, NJ Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday HCM with a strong focus on PATT (Performance, Absence, Talent & Time).
- Work on Workday business processes, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Support enhancements, integrations, data loads, and tenant configuration.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver Workday solutions.
- Participate in testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Provide ongoing Workday support and recommend process improvements.
- Required Skills
- 7 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
- Strong experience with PATT-related Workday functionality.
- Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, security, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
