We are seeking an experienced Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with 8+ years of HCM experience and strong hands-on Workday expertise. The ideal candidate will have a solid mix of functional HCM knowledge and technical Workday skills, including configuration, integrations, reporting, security, testing, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday HCM business processes, security, organizations, calculated fields, and reports.
- Work with HR/business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Web Services.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Support HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and Payroll.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support.
- Participate in Workday releases, enhancements, implementations, and integration projects.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, HRIS, and third-party teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of HCM/HRIS experience with strong Workday experience.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration and business processes.
