Lead Workday Analyst, Talent & Compensation
We're seeking a Lead Workday Analyst, Talent & Compensation to help optimize the technology that supports team member growth, development, performance, and rewards across Cor Partners.
This role is ideal for an experienced Workday professional ready to grow beyond execution and take a larger role in shaping solutions, influencing decisions, and improving how People Technology delivers value, while remaining hands-on in the platform.
You'll serve as the primary People Technology partner for Talent and Compensation, helping guide priorities, design scalable solutions, and evolve our Workday capabilities.
This is a lead individual contributor role. Success comes through expertise, influence, and execution, not direct people management.

Build trusted relationships and act as a strategic partner to Talent, Compensation, and People & Culture stakeholders.
-
Ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, and identify the underlying business need before proposing solutions.
-
Consider cross-functional impacts and balance business needs, user experience, governance, and scalability.
-
Lead initiatives from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement.
-
Influence decisions and guide stakeholders toward practical, sustainable outcomes.
-
Share knowledge and help elevate team capabilities and practices.
-
Look beyond individual projects and contribute to process, governance, and operating model improvements.
What We're Looking For
-
Experience supporting Workday in an HRIS, People Technology, or Workday Systems role; customer-side experience in a lean team environment preferred.
-
Experience supporting Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation, including annual compensation planning processes.
-
Experience supporting Workday Performance, Talent, Learning, Succession, or related talent management capabilities.
-
Demonstrated ability to lead discovery sessions, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
-
Experience influencing solution design, prioritization, or governance decisions.
-
Experience configuring and supporting complex Workday business processes, enhancements, and releases.
-
Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and solution design skills.

Workday certification(s) preferred.
