Key Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of professional, exempt, and non‑exempt roles.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, sourcing strategies, and talent pipeline development.
- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
- Support equitable hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS workflows, reporting, dashboards, and data accuracy.
- Configure and support HR technology processes related to recruiting, onboarding, compensation, and employee data.
- Develop workforce analytics and dashboards to support business decision‑making.
- Analyze recruiting, retention, and workforce trends to recommend improvements.
- Support system enhancements, testing, documentation, and user training.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve HR operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Several years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on talent acquisition and HRIS administration.
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday or similar) including reporting and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of full‑cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and workforce planning.
- Experience with compensation benchmarking, job grading, or market analysis preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail, strong project management abilities, and comfort managing multiple priorities.
