Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

4+ years of experience with HCM systems is preferred.

2+ years of Workday experience in one or more of the following functional areas is preferred (Workday HCM, Workday Learning, Workday Talent, Workday Compensation, Workday Reporting).

Expertise in one or multiple of the following: Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformations, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, PICOF, PECI, WECI, Business Intelligence Reports (BIRT), XPATH/XSLT2.0/XSLT3.0/XSLT-FO, SOAP and REST Web services.

Good Knowledge on Workday Integration services includes Retrieval Service, Delivery Service, Attribute and Maps Service, Report Service, Transaction Log and Integration Field Override Services.

Good Knowledge in Prism, XSLT and Web Services.

Advanced knowledge of reporting tools is highly desired.

Experience working in a global organization is highly desired.

Experience with UKG Pro WFM is desired.

Experience coordinating ADP Managed Payroll is desired.

This is a progression position and could be a level I, II, III or IV. Compensation and progression level will be based on candidate’s experience and education, and current business needs.
