📌 Long-Term Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Configurator with strong expertise in Workforce Planning, Adaptive Planning configuration, reporting, and integrations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, test, and support solutions aligned with strategic workforce planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, configure, and test solutions within Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Build and maintain complex models, sheets, dashboards, reports, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, conduct gap analyses, and recommend appropriate workflows.
- Support headcount & cost planning, resource & capacity planning, strategic workforce planning, and talent planning.
- Collaborate with reporting teams, skills teams, and business stakeholders to optimize Workday functionality.
- Troubleshoot configuration, business process, integration, and data issues.
- Support production analysts with Workday Adaptive Planning issues.
- Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, job aids, and training materials.
- Manage integrations with platforms such as Workday Prism Analytics, Tableau, Core HCM, and enterprise skills assessment tools.
- Communicate recommendations, solutions, and updates effectively to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience working on HR technology projects and teams.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring and managing Workday Adaptive Planning Workforce Planning modules.
- Strong knowledge of models, sheets, dashboards, reporting, administration, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and strategic workforce planning.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Technology Development Life Cycle (TDLC) and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Experience with Rally is a plus.
