Position Description
Private equity firm is looking for an HRIS Associate to support Workday HCM and Greenhouse Recruiting. The ideal candidate will have:
- Functional knowledge of Human Resources operations with experience in the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the core HCM modules of Workday (Absence Mgmt, Benefits, Compensation, LMS, Payroll, Talent, and Integrations).
- Extensive experience in administering and configuring Greenhouse Recruiting and its related integrations (Workday, Grayscale, Outlook 365 Scheduling, Zoom, etc.)
This role will be an important contributor in ensuring the optimal utilization of HR systems to meet the needs of the human capital team and company.
Primary Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
Workday
- Provide support, training, and guidance to the Global Human Capital team in processing and troubleshooting core HCM business processes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of US benefits open enrollment and global performance management cycle.
- Collaborate with multiple teams (e.g., Business Technology, Compliance, Finance) on Workday related projects and ad hoc data requests.
- Develop reports (advanced, matrix, composite) and dashboards for a broad range of audiences (including senior management).
- Partner with technical resources in vendor teams to help troubleshoot workflow and/or integration issues and implement changes.
- Monitor integrations and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop and maintain training and communication materials.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity in the system.
- Service as primary human capital representative in periodic system audits for HR data governance and controls.
- Administer security roles and groups; conduct regular audits on security assignments.
- Plan and prepare for Workday’s major releases, executing tenant-wide regression testing in conjunction with each release.
- Identify opportunities for improvements/enhancements and implement them to increase efficiency and user experience in Workday.
- Monitor Workday customer alerts to ensure system stability.
- Track new feature releases (including Workday AI) that can enhance Human Capital’s ability to deliver high quality services to the firm.
- Participate in Workday networking events to stay updated on HR tech trends.
- Support human capital projects and operations as needed.
Greenhouse Recruiting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Greenhouse Recruiting related matters.
- Provide ongoing support, training and guidance to global recruiting teams (e.g., US, EMEA, APAC).
- Lead system planning, testing, and execution of fast-paced recruiting cycles in private equity.
- Design and configure workflows, custom fields, scorecards, and integrations.
- Be a strategic thinker -- find opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and ensure seamless integrations.
- Be a business partner -- become the trusted go-to person with global recruiters to drive business value by aligning priorities with the right technology solutions.
- Manage Greenhouse roadmap -- identify and asses new features (including new AI technology for recruiting) that align with recruiting operations.
- Analytics -- Develop reports and dashboards to identify the most competitive candidates and track key recruitment metrics.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in all system configurations and integrations.
- Stay informed about Greenhouse new features and system upgrades/maintenance.
Candidate Must Possess
- 5-7 plus years experience in Workday (HCM, BP configurations, Reporting, Security, Integrations, and EIB loads).
- Greenhouse Recruiting system administration experience.
- Strong understanding of Human Capital operations including recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience in data analytics and stakeholder analysis.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
