Private equity firm in NYC is hiring a HRIS Associate for their NYC office. This role will report into the Director of Human Capital Systems and support Workday HCM and Greenhouse Recruiting.
This role is onsite 3 days, remote 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday:
- Support and advise the Global Human Capital team on Workday HCM processes, troubleshooting, and system functionality.
- Support key annual HR processes, including U.S. benefits open enrollment and the global performance management cycle.
- Partner cross-functionally with Business Technology, Compliance, Finance, and other stakeholders on Workday projects, enhancements, and data requests.
- Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for audiences ranging from HR teams to senior leadership.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Workday integrations, workflows, and system issues in partnership with internal and external technical resources.
- Administer Workday security roles and groups and conduct regular audits to ensure appropriate access and data integrity.
- Lead system audits, data governance activities, and controls to maintain accurate, secure, and reliable HR data.
- Coordinate Workday releases, including planning and executing tenant-wide regression testing.
- Develop training materials, process documentation, and communications to support effective Workday adoption.
- Identify and implement system and process enhancements that improve efficiency, functionality, and the overall user experience.
- Monitor Workday updates, customer alerts, new functionality, and emerging technologies, including Workday AI, to identify opportunities to enhance Human Capital operations.
- Stay current on HR technology trends and best practices through industry networking and Workday events.
- Support additional Human Capital projects and operational initiatives as needed.
Greenhouse Recruiting:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Greenhouse Recruiting globally.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to recruiting teams
- Lead system planning, testing, and execution to support fast-paced recruiting cycles within a private equity environment.
- Configure and optimize workflows, custom fields, scorecards, integrations, and other Greenhouse functionality.
- Partner strategically with recruiting teams to identify process improvements and implement technology solutions that drive efficiency and business value.
- Serve as a trusted technology partner to global recruiters, aligning business priorities with effective recruiting technology solutions.
- Own the Greenhouse roadmap, evaluating new features and emerging capabilities, including AI-powered recruiting tools.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key recruiting metrics, assess candidate pipelines, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure Greenhouse configurations and integrations comply with applicable data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
- Stay current on Greenhouse product updates, new functionality, system upgrades, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Workday (HCM, BP configurations, Reporting, Security, Integrations, and EIB loads).
- Greenhouse Recruiting system administration experience.
- Strong understanding of Human Capital operations including recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience in data analytics and stakeholder analysis.
