Work You'll Do
As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Emerging ERP Solutions team, you will be responsible for supporting public sector Workday implementations and transformation initiatives across finance and planning functions.
- Support Workday Financials implementation activities across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue, banking, settlements, budgets, and supplier accounts
- Contribute to assets and projects workstreams, including fixed assets, business assets, capital projects, project accounting, and billing
- Support spend management processes, including procurement, expenses, and procure-to-pay activities
- Assist with grant management and grant accounting activities for client implementations
- Participate in implementation lifecycle activities, including data conversion, integrations, testing, project management office support, cutover, and Workday Adaptive Planning delivery

Qualifications
Required
:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- 2+ years of experience with Workday in 1 or more of the following;
- Workday Financials: GL, AP, AR, revenue, banking, settlements, budgets, and supplier accounts
- Assets and projects: fixed assets, business assets, capital projects, project accounting, and billing
- Spend management: procurement, expenses, and procure-to-pay
- Grant management and grant accounting
- Workday Adaptive implementations, particularly in the public sector
- Implementations, data conversion, integrations, testing, PMO support, and cutover
Preferred:
- 1+ years of experience supporting government, public sector, or higher education clients
- 1+ years of experience with Workday Financials modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue, banking, settlements, budgets, or supplier accounts
- 1+ years of experience with project accounting, billing, procurement, expenses, or procure-to-pay processes
- 1+ years of experience with grant management, grant accounting, or Workday Adaptive Planning

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 to $162,800.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
