GQR is a trusted leader in Workday® staffing and a Certified Workday Partner, supporting clients across the full Workday lifecycle—from implementation and optimization to advisory and long-term strategic hiring.
As we continue to grow our dedicated Workday Practice, we are looking for an experienced agency recruiter with a proven track record of placing Workday professionals across contract and/or permanent staffing.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit Workday functional, technical, and project professionals across contract and permanent positions
- Build and maintain a strong network of Workday-certified talent across HCM, Financials, Payroll, Integrations, Security, Reporting, and other Workday specialties
- Support hiring needs related to Workday implementations, upgrades, optimizations, transformations, and post-production support
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate engagement through interviews, offers, placement, and onboarding
- Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, Workday partners, system integrators, and end customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Workday ecosystem
- Partner with clients to understand current and future talent needs and provide effective staffing solutions
- Develop long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Act as a market expert and trusted advisor within the Workday talent community
- Consistently work toward individual and team recruitment, placement, and revenue goals
What We’re Looking For
- Agency staffing or recruitment experience is required
- Proven experience recruiting and placing Workday professionals
- Experience with contract staffing, permanent placement, or both
- Understanding of the Workday ecosystem, including functional and technical skill sets and the Workday certification landscape
- Demonstrated success managing candidate relationships and delivering against client requirements
- Strong sourcing, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A motivated, competitive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
