Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Waterproofing Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for installing, and maintaining waterproofing systems on commercial buildings and structures. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and on active commercial job sites.
Responsibilities
- Install commercial waterproofing systems on foundations, walls, decks, roofs, balconies, plazas, and other building structures.
- Apply waterproofing membranes, coatings, sealants, flashing, drainage systems, and related materials according to project specifications.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, patching, priming, and repairing concrete or other substrates.
- Read and follow construction drawings, specifications, manufacturer instructions, and project plans.
- Perform detail work around joints, penetrations, drains, corners, transitions, and other waterproofing areas.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and properly.
- Identify potential waterproofing issues and communicate problems to supervisors or project managers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and job-site procedures.
- Work effectively with foremen, project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
- Complete projects according to established quality, production, and schedule requirements.
- Perform waterproofing repairs and remedial work when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial construction, waterproofing, roofing, concrete, masonry, or a related trade preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial waterproofing materials and installation methods preferred.
- Ability to work safely from ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and other elevated work areas.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.

- Sheet-applied and fluid-applied membranes
- Cementitious waterproofing
- Traffic coatings
- Joint sealants and caulking
- Expansion joints
- Concrete crack repair
- Deck and plaza waterproofing
- Foundation waterproofing
- Drainage and protection boards
- Air/vapor barriers
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials and equipment.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined or difficult-to-access areas.
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to safely perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, hardworking, and committed to doing quality work. Experienced waterproofing installers are encouraged to apply, and motivated candidates with related construction experience may also be considered.
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
