Sr. Workday Manager
Location: Chicago, IL (5 Days Onsite + 50 Flexible Remote Days)
Contract: 1+ Year Contract-to-Hire
W2 Only
Interview: 2nd Round In-Person
Required Skills:
- 8–10+ years of Workday experience preferred (6–8 years considered based on depth)
- Strong experience with Workday HCM and Finance modules
- Broad Workday ecosystem knowledge (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Financials, integrations)
- Strong application development background with Java experience
- AWS cloud experience required
- Proven technical leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with HR, Finance, IT leaders, and executive teams
