We are seeking an experienced Workday Benefits & Retirement Analyst to support ongoing Benefits and Retirement operations and upcoming project work.
This role will focus heavily on Workday configuration, including benefit and retirement eligibility rules, benefit plans, union and non-union populations, and related deductions. The analyst will also help triage cases, investigate configuration and integration errors, support testing, and partner with HRIS, Payroll, Integrations, and the Total Rewards team to resolve issues.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday experience across both Benefits and Retirement, including knowledge of:
- Benefit and retirement eligibility rules
- Union/non-union and salaried/hourly populations
- Benefit plans and deductions
- 401(k) plans and retirement plan eligibility
- RSUs and MSP plans
- Canadian retirement plans
- Case triage and issue resolution
- Integration error review and troubleshooting
- Inbound and outbound integrations
- Testing and requirements gathering
- Partnership with Total Rewards and cross-functional teams
We are looking for someone who can work independently, understand complex eligibility requirements, analyze issues, and help drive solutions from requirements through testing and implementation.
