Title: HRIS Senior Manager - Workday
Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 + bonus
International Pharma Company, Hybrid (3 days on-site)
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday HCM platform, ensuring system integrity, driving process improvements, and fostering strong collaboration across HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field required
- 8+ years of experience in a database/information system management
- Strong Workday experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing HRIS systems and audit processes
- Project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Workday Security experience a plus
