Hiring: Workday Project Manager / Lead (Long-Term Contract)
📍Location: Baton Rouge, LA (Remote may be considered)

We're looking for an experienced Workday PM/Lead to guide a Workday team and partner directly with client HR leadership.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Workday team and work directly with client personnel and HR teams - Lead client calls, consult, and recommend Workday best practices and methodologies - Act as liaison with offshore teams and give clients regular status updates
Required Skills: ✅ Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM and Advanced Compensation
✅ Strong knowledge of Workday security configuration
✅ Proven experience leading Workday teams and engaging clients
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Experience coordinating onshore/offshore delivery teams
