Role: Workday Extend Architect
Location: Remote, USA
• 10-20 years of overall IT/ERP application experience, with significant Workday technical experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Extend application architecture and development.
• Strong experience designing Extend applications, presentation components, model components, data models, and business processes.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Orchestrations and API-based integrations.
• Strong understanding of Workday application security and authentication concepts.
• Strong knowledge of Workday business objects, business processes, reporting, and data structures.
• Experience designing integrations between Workday and external/third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
• Ability to convert complex functional requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Experience conducting architecture reviews and providing development standards and technical guidance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management experience.
