Sr. Analyst, HCM and Absence

Position Summary
The Sr. Analyst partners closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, design and implement solutions, optimize processes, and ensure successful delivery of Workday enhancements and projects. The position requires strong expertise in Workday HCM and Absence, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective system solutions.
This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence through continuous improvement, solution design, testing, deployment, and support of Workday functionality. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement and project delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field required.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience supporting HR technology solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Absence configuration and support.
- Experience participating in system implementations, enhancements, or support initiatives.
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and supporting testing efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday HCM and Absence modules.
- Knowledge of workforce management, absence management, and payroll processes.
- Workday certifications and/or formal Workday training preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting global teams and multi-country deployments.
