What You'll Do
As our Payroll & HRIS Analyst, you'll serve as a trusted resource for payroll operations and Workday administration, helping ensure our systems and processes operate efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the accurate and timely processing of biweekly payroll for our workforce.
- Investigate and resolve payroll questions, discrepancies, and system issues.
- Serve as the functional expert for Workday Payroll and HRIS administration.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and operational leaders to improve processes and system functionality.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics that support informed decision-making.
- Test and implement Workday enhancements, updates, and new functionality.
- Ensure payroll and HR data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience supporting payroll administration and HR systems.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax requirements, deductions, garnishments, and compliance.
- Experience supporting Workday Payroll and HRIS functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to build effective relationships across departments and communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Pro Certification in Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, or related modules.
- Experience leading HRIS enhancements, system implementations, or process improvement initiatives.
