IDR is seeking a Workday Integration Specialist to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you’ll design, build, and support integrations within the Workday platform, enabling secure, reliable data exchange across internal systems and external partners. You’ll collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver integration solutions that support enterprise HR and financial operations.
Position Overview for the Workday Integration Specialist:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions to support HR and finance business processes
- Build and maintain integrations using Workday tools and frameworks to connect Workday with third-party applications and partner systems
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and provide ongoing operational support
- Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and maintainable while aligning with organizational standards and best practices
Requirements for the Workday Integration Specialist:
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday integrations development experience, including strong exposure to HCM and Financials integrations
- Experience developing integrations using tools such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Studio
- Working knowledge of integration technologies and data formats such as SOAP/REST APIs, WSDL, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Java
- Experience with Workday integration security concepts and practices (e.g., integration users, encryption/keys, multi-factor authentication)
- Proven ability to deliver integration projects end-to-end (requirements, design, build, testing/UAT support, deployment, and production support)
