Quality Logo Products is looking for a motivated, personable, and organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support two experienced sales representatives.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a strong focus on outbound phone communication, customer follow-up, relationship building, appointment setting, and sales support.
You'll be provided with accounts, leads, CRM tasks, and specific people to contact. Many of your calls will be to existing customers, former customers, warm leads, and people who have previously expressed interest in promotional products. You'll also reach out to prospective businesses when appropriate.
This is not a traditional high-pressure cold-calling position. Your job is to start conversations, uncover opportunities, qualify potential needs, and get the right customers and prospects in front of our sales representatives. You'll also help support those conversations before, during, and after virtual customer meetings.
What You'll Do
- Make approximately 40–60 outbound calls per day, depending on scheduled meetings and other sales-support responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads, existing customers, former customers, inactive accounts, and prospective businesses
- Follow up with customers who have requested pricing, samples, product information, or assistance with an upcoming project
- Conduct pre-sale follow-ups to help identify active opportunities
- Make post-delivery calls to check in with customers and uncover future needs
- Contact previous customers about reorders and upcoming projects
- Reconnect with customers who haven't ordered recently and work to re-engage them
- Ask thoughtful questions about upcoming events, employee programs, marketing initiatives, merchandise needs, and future projects
- Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities
- Schedule qualified Microsoft Teams meetings for the sales representatives
- Assist with virtual customer meetings before, during, and after the meeting
- Participate in Teams meetings as needed to take notes, capture important details, and document action items and next steps
- Help coordinate follow-up tasks and enter relevant customer events and opportunities following meetings
- Support the sales representatives with meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-up
- Help coordinate client leave-behinds and other follow-up materials when appropriate
- Send customer follow-up emails when appropriate
- Work through assigned CRM tasks and follow-up lists
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes from calls, meetings, and customer conversations
- Prioritize accounts based on timing, opportunity, and potential value
- Communicate important information and opportunities to the sales representatives
- Work toward weekly activity and appointment-setting goals
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday on the phone and making approximately 40–60 outbound calls per day
- Friendly, confident, professional, and conversational
- A strong listener who knows how to ask good follow-up questions
- Persistent without being pushy
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage assigned tasks independently
- Detail-oriented and able to capture important information during customer conversations and meetings
- Comfortable using a CRM, Microsoft Teams, and learning new software
- Able to manage multiple follow-ups, action items, and deadlines
- Motivated by goals and results
- Professional and comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, HR professionals, marketing professionals, event planners, and other decision-makers
- Interested in building relationships rather than simply reading from a sales script
- Comfortable learning new products, systems, and processes
Previous experience in appointment setting, inside sales, sales development, customer service, recruiting, account management, or business development is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train the right person.
What Success Looks Like
Your primary goal is to create quality sales conversations and opportunities, not simply make the highest number of calls.
A successful customer interaction often looks like:
Make the call → Start the conversation → Identify an opportunity → Qualify the need → Schedule the meeting → Support the meeting → Document next steps → Help keep the opportunity moving
Success in this position also means being a reliable support person for the sales representatives—making sure important information is captured, follow-ups aren't missed, and opportunities continue moving after customer meetings.
You'll receive an organized task list, training, clear expectations, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.
Compensation & Performance Bonus
Starting Pay: $21+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
In addition to hourly compensation, this position offers a performance-based bonus for qualified Microsoft Teams meetings that are scheduled and actually take place.
The bonus program is designed to reward meaningful, qualified sales opportunities rather than simply call volume.
Additional details regarding the bonus structure will be provided during the interview process.

Why Join Us?
You'll be joining an established sales organization where your work directly contributes to developing new business and growing existing customer relationships.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and working toward measurable goals without being responsible for closing the entire sale.
You'll gain hands-on experience in sales development, business communication, relationship building, appointment setting, CRM management, lead qualification, account development, customer meeting support, and professional B2B communication.
We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, enjoys starting conversations, stays organized, and gets satisfaction from turning a simple call into a real business opportunity—and helping keep that opportunity moving.
