Skills Required:
- Strong external headhunting skills including cold calling, and use/experience in using top marketing or sourcing tools such as social media, network referrals and ATS, experience using/analysing labour market data.
- End to End recruit/ source/ fill low to highly complex Professional/Management roles, especially sales and/or technical roles
- Strong influencing skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to report out on activity effectively, track prospects and their progress
