Job Description: As a Workday Recruiting, Talent and/or Core HCM Administrator, you will play the role in supporting the launch of our Workday system. You will work closely with HR and IT Teams to ensure the effective launch and utilization of the Workday Platform.
Responsibilities: Data Entry and data integrity of Workday HCM modules, including Recruiting, Job Change, Talent and extensive Absence transactions.
Support HR staff in ensuring all catch-up transactions are accurately and completely.
Provide day-to-day end-user support by troubleshooting system-related queries and issues.
Stay current with Workday updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure our HRIS remains innovative and effective.
Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Follow IT-established change and release management processes to promote changes to the production environment.
Gather user requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Participate in testing and quality assurance processes for system updates, enhancements, and integrations.
Assist in managing user access, security permissions, and data privacy settings.
Contribute to the documentation of processes, procedures, and configuration changes.
Manage integrations with internal and third-party systems.
Learn and stay updated on Workday features, updates, and best practices.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education/experience.
5+ years of experience related to Workday administration, Financials, HCM, or ERP systems.
5+ years of experience with implementation and support of Workday HCM and Payroll, skilled in Workday Studio, Developing complex EIBs, BIRT, Core Connectors, and integrations.
Experience with Payroll Configuration, Processes and Reporting as well as Calculated Fields, XML/XSLT, Report Writer.
Understanding of Financials processes and concepts.
Experience in Workday Studio and other integration tools a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and organize data effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and end-users.
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications or training in Workday administration are a plus but not required.
