Position Overview
The Senior Workday Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Workday system. This position requires a deep understanding of Workday functionalities and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and optimization of Workday modules and features.

Collaborate with HR and IT departments to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Conduct system testing and validation to ensure data integrity and optimal system performance.

Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Workday effectively.

Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.

Monitor system updates and enhancements, assessing their impact on existing processes.
Qualifications

4+ years of experience leading Workday Studio Integrations

Experience with Workday Integration Tools EIB - Studio - and core connectors -

Expert Excel User (Macros, Complex formulas ect)
