Technical Product Manager- Workday Platform
Duration: 1 year contract
Location: Remote
Key Details:
- Supporting the Workday platform, focusing on platform stability, release management, and security controls.
- Technical Product Manager responsible for managing platform teams and partnering closely with engineers.
- Must have strong ERP or Workday experience—critical for this role.
- Will act as the Product Lead, working directly with business stakeholders to define "what done looks like."
- Focus on keeping the platform running smoothly, controlling access, and ensuring security standards are met.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms, platform operations, and core platform functionality highly preferred.
- Candidates with Kainos Platform experience or automation experience are a plus.
- Should have strong experience improving processes, optimizing workflows, and enhancing security around platforms.
- Agile methodology experience is required—must be able to rely on Agile principles for sprint planning and delivery.
Must Have Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of Product Management experience
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems or Workday
- Highly technical background
- Strong ability to collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders
- Experience with release management and platform support
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $68.00 - $72.00 per hour
