Nurse Practitioner – Women’s Health Program Lead
DexaFit Denver | Full-Time | Mission-Led | 6-Hour Workdays (Paid as 8)
ABOUT DEXAFIT DENVER
DexaFit is a forward-thinking health diagnostics company focused on evidence-based, evidence-informed, data-driven care-not guesswork. Our diagnostics-based clinic specializes in advanced tools such as DEXA body composition scans, VO2 max, resting metabolic rate (RMR) testing, and comprehensive lab work.
We are now launching a women's health initiative designed for the millions of women navigating early onset/iatrogenic/age-appropriate perimenopause and postmenopause - a demographic consistently underserved and underrepresented by traditional healthcare.
We're seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to co-develop and lead this new program-working hand-in-hand with DexaFit leadership to build a best-in-class, cash-pay offering that's clinically effective, empowering, and forward-thinking.
A fundamental guiding principle is providing care through the lens of preventative, functional, and integrative medicine, rather than implementing medical interventions in a reactionary manner. If this resonates with you, please continue reading.
THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity to practice in an environment that promotes autonomy and innovation, and is not only provider-centered, but human-centered. As the founding clinician for our women's health division, you'll help define our protocols, lead patient care, and contribute to educational content. You'll be working with a supportive leadership team and, eventually, a collaborative physician in endocrinology or women's health for referrals and oversight.
If you're looking for a more meaningful position, fostering a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment, better hours, and a role where you actually shape the care model—you're in the right place.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver care to women in perimenopause and menopause, focusing on hormonal, metabolic, and bone health
- Perform and interpret advanced lab panels (in-house phlebotomy)
- Use diagnostic tools like DEXA, RMR, and VO2 max testing as part of personalized treatment planning
- Collaborate with DexaFit leadership on clinical protocol design and service development
- Optionally participate in public education (video content, small group events, sharing primary literature articles, and developing and sharing blogs on aspects of human health that you viscerally align with)
- Coordinate with external physician specialists for continuity and consultative care

- Long-term vision (month 4-6) includes full benefits, 401(k), and a clear pathway to clinical leadership
OUR 6-HOUR WORKDAY PHILOSOPHY
DexaFit operates on a 6-hour workday model, paid as a full 8-hour shift. Why? Because deep, meaningful care doesn't require clinician burnout or back-to-back 15-minute visits as is commonplace in most traditional primary care models.
We prioritize professional development, freedom, flexibility, and care for the asset that executes the company’s mission and vision—you. Our clinicians spend their time solving real problems that plague real human beings, not allocating inordinate amounts of time doing admin or insurance paperwork. This structure gives you more time to care for patients-and for yourself.
