Benefits Product Analyst:
- Help gather functional requirements and review with the various stakeholders
- Upload to Jira (and other relevant tools), help facilitate questions, feedback, etc.
- Partnering with the product managers
- Develop and maintain standard work documentation
- Support training/job aids as needed (system screen prints)
- Develop test plans, scenarios, and work with team
- Update various tools and trackers
- Subject matter expert in HR products and Benefits processes
- Working knowledge of HR systems like workday,
