We are seeking a Patient Booking Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to leads we generate for our medical spa & aesthetic practice clients, with the goal of setting an appointment. This role requires exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Duties:
- Call leads within 5 minutes after they submit their information (during the workday)
- Follow a provided script
- Book them in for an appointment directly onto our clients' calendars
- Monitor text conversations with leads
- Keep track of leads in our clients' sales pipelines
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or appointment setting for medical spas or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with marketing & CRM software such as GoHighLevel
- Ability to work multiple short shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
This role has the potential to scale into more hours or a full time role.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses
Performance Bonuses:
- $5 per show for the first 10 showed appointments per month
- $7 per show for appointments 11-20 in a month
- $10 per show for appointments 21+ in a month
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week

- Each workblock lasts anywhere from 15-45 minutes
- Workblock times vary depending on your timezone
- Sporadic phone calls made throughout the day as leads come in (calls last approx. 5-7 minutes)
