You’ll be on the front lines of opportunity creation—engaging with prospects, opening doors for the sales team, and building connections that drive business growth across global markets.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach strategies including cold calling and emailing
- Book meetings and product demos with potential clients for the sales team
- Follow up on inbound leads, sharing timely and relevant information with prospects
- Consistently meet or exceed lead and appointment targets
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales to shorten sales cycles and expand into key accounts
- Join regular sales training and strategy sessions to continuously refine your approach
- Conduct research to stay on top of market trends and competitor insights
- Deepen product knowledge to confidently represent offerings to potential clients
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- Background in targeting enterprise accounts across global regions
- Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English (required)
- Familiarity with enterprise systems like Ariba, Coupa, GEP, Workday, etc.
- Proven success in lead generation, outreach, and follow-up
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
- Understanding of sales dynamics and customer service best practices
- Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple priorities
- CRM software experience is a plus
Pay Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 annually + bonus
