We are looking for a Workday Financial Integration Administrator to join our growing team! At The Amenity Collective, our purpose is to inspire and create happier and healthier moments. As the Workday Financial Integration Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting this mission by being a direct partner to our Finance Department and ensure our Workday Financials environment operates at peak performance, continuously evolves, and directly supports their daily operational success.
As Workday Financial Integration Administrator, you will specialize in Workday's Finance applications, making your deep experience with its financial modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, etc.) and integration points crucial. We need your collaborative problem-solving skills and hands-on Workday implementation and integration expertise. You will tackle the Finance team's day-to-day operational challenges and system requirements head-on, delivering solutions that make a tangible impact while ensuring the integrity of our financial integration points.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance Collaboration & Support

Partner with Finance: Understand daily needs, define requirements for Workday Financials system changes, and provide expert advice.

Resolve Finance System Issues & Manage Support: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday functional/technical problems for Finance users, managing support requests effectively.

Train & Empower Finance Users: Develop and deliver training materials and ongoing support for Workday Financials functionality to ensure user self-sufficiency.
Workday Financials System Management

Configure & Maintain Workday Financials: Support modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash, Assets, etc.), functional setup, and security configurations to meet Finance team processes.

Support Financial Business Processes: Work to configure and enforce best practices for Finance-related Workday Business Processes.

Maintain Workday Financials Expertise: Stay current on system technologies, performance optimization, and financial module troubleshooting.

Manage Workday Releases for Finance: Analyze release impacts on Finance modules/processes and assist with testing.

Manage System Changes & Compliance: Ensure all Workday Financials configurations adhere to change control, audit standards, and are well-documented.
Integrations & Technical Delivery

Collaborate on Financial Integrations: Work with technical teams/developers to define requirements and test financial system integrations/enhancements.

Support Financial System Interfaces: Maintain connections between Workday Financials and other business systems (banks, procurement), ensuring data accuracy.

Create Functional Specifications: Document requirements for Workday Financials developments (workflows, reports, integrations).
Data & Process Optimization

Manage Financial Data Integrity & Governance: Support data audits, corrections, confidentiality, and adherence to financial controls (e.g., SOX).

Identify Process Improvements: Leverage financial process knowledge to recommend system enhancements, automation, and controls.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant experience.

3+ years of experience in the Workday Financials ecosystem.

Deep hands-on experience with Workday Finance modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, Projects, Procurement, etc.);

Minimum one full life-cycle Workday Financials implementation, including workflow development and financial system integrations.

Workday knowledge, specifically with the Finance and HCM SKUs.

Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills are needed for successful collaboration with the finance team and other partners.

Ability to adhere to operational deployment standards and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Workday certifications (Workday Financials, Workday Integration, etc.).

Experience with Workday Integrations with external systems.

Knowledge of UAT Testing and Deployment best practices

COMPENSATION
The Workday Financial Integration Administrator offers an annual salary of $110,000 to $125,000. This range is a good faith estimate based on the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the actual salary may vary from the estimates provided above.
LOCATION
The position reports directly to our Director of Information Technology and is a key member of our IT team. This role offers remote flexibility. Being near our Owings Mills, MD office is a plus for enhanced collaboration with local team members.
