Summary:
The Workday HRIS Analyst supports the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday platform across all HR functional areas. This role serves as a key partner to HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders by analyzing business needs, developing system solutions, and ensuring data integrity and process efficiency within Workday.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Configure, test, and deploy updates and enhancements in Workday modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Time & Absence, Talent, and Payroll.

Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Workday inquiries and troubleshooting.

Maintain data and integration integrity through regular audits, reporting, and system monitoring.

Develop custom and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support business needs.

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and implement Workday solutions.

Participate in business process upgrades, including testing, security group configuration, EIB uploads, and communication of changes.

Assist with training and support to end users, ensuring a strong understanding of system capabilities and processes.
Stay current on Workday features, best practices, and trends to continuously enhance system effectiveness
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.

2–4 years of Workday experience in a similar analyst or configuration role.
Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency in one or more Workday modules (Core HCM, Reporting, Benefits, Absence, etc.).

Experience creating and modifying reports and calculated fields using Report Writer.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:

Workday certification(s) in relevant modules.

Experience supporting Workday integrations or advanced reporting features.

Prior experience with Workday implementation or large-scale system updates.
