- Pay Rate: $32-36/hr W2
Job Description:
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Immigration Coordinator to join the Immigration & Global Mobility team. You'll work closely with internal teams and immigration partners to ensure timely filings and smooth case management across U.S. and global matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage U.S. and global immigration cases end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate filings
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs; escalate issues as needed
- Manage the shared inbox—triaging, tagging, and routing messages appropriately
- Maintain accurate documentation (PAFs, LCA postings, immigration trackers)
- Respond to routine immigration queries from employees, recruiters, and HR partners
- Extract, validate, and manage data from internal systems (Workday, ATS, etc.)
- Support LCA, PERM, and NIV workflows and processes
- Travel to San Francisco HQ for onboarding and quarterly team gatherings
Requirements:
Mandatory:
- 6+ years of immigration coordination or related experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. visa types (H-1B, O-1, E-3, J-1, etc.) and global equivalents
- Tools & Systems Workday (required)
- Excel (required)
- Fluency in at least one Immigration case management platform or a ticketing system (required)
- Slack (required)
- Familiarity with immigration compliance processes including PERM, LCAs, and audits
- Proficiency with immigration case management platforms and ticketing systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills (data extraction, validation, formulas)
- Experience with HR systems like Workday and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby)
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and reporting
- Experience using Superhuman, Front, Asana, or similar tools
