Senior Workday HRIS Analyst
A confidential, global manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to support and enhance its enterprise Human Resources Information Systems on a global scale. This role serves as a technical and functional Workday subject matter expert, partnering closely with HR stakeholders to ensure system stability, data integrity, security, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a technical point of contact for Workday Core HCM, with strong emphasis on Security and Reporting
- Provide end-to-end support for Workday HCM, including Compensation and Benefits
- Perform hands-on configuration of Workday business processes and workflows
- Manage system maintenance, upgrades, releases, and user access
- Design, build, test, and support integrations between Workday and external systems using EIBs and core connectors
- Analyze and troubleshoot integration and system issues
- Ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality through system administration and controls
- Develop reports, analyze HR data, and present findings to stakeholders
- Promote and enforce global HRIS best practices and standards
- Oversee Workday security configuration, including roles, permissions, and compliance
- Create and maintain system and process documentation
- Support and train HR users globally on Workday functionality
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on, end-to-end Workday HCM experience
- Strong experience supporting Compensation and Benefits
- Proven experience configuring Workday business processes and workflows
- Solid understanding of Workday Security and Reporting
- Experience building and supporting Workday integrations (EIBs, core connectors)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
- Experience supporting global HRIS environments preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $83,000 – $125,000
