Job Title: Talent Acquisition Project Manager (Contract)
Location: Onsite – Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Duration: 6-month W2 contract
Pay Rate: Up to $50/hour (W2)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Project Manager to lead recruiting-related projects and process improvement initiatives within a structured PMO environment. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, business stakeholders, RPO vendors, and analytics/HR technology teams to ensure hiring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
This is a project/program management role within Talent Acquisition, not a recruiter position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage prioritized talent acquisition initiatives using an established PMO cadence.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and status reports.
- Track hiring progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively identify and resolve blockers.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including TA, HR, business leaders, RPO partners, and HR tech teams.
- Monitor and report on TA metrics such as hiring progress, productivity, and pipeline health.
- Pull, analyze, and interpret data from Workday Recruiting or other ATS platforms.
- Utilize Excel and dashboards (Power BI or similar tools) to provide clear insights and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts for recruiting processes, tools, and workflows.
- Ensure alignment to hiring goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project or program management experience supporting Talent Acquisition or HR initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting or another ATS, including reporting and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics/reporting tools.
- Experience coordinating with RPOs, vendors, and cross-functional HR teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a PMO-driven recruiting environment.
- Familiarity with recruiting methodologies such as role tagging, recruiting cadence, and dashboard-driven reporting.
- Exposure to Lean, A3, Daily Management, or other continuous improvement practices.
- Background supporting large-scale or high-volume hiring initiatives.
