Establishes and builds effective and successful relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners at all levels of the organization including senior leaders in order to understand their business priorities, recruiting challenges and position requirements.

Partners with hiring managers to develop and execute an adaptable and flexible recruiting plan, including sourcing, pre-qualifying and closing offers with desired candidates to meet changing business needs.

Sources, screens, qualifies, and interviews prospective candidates for targeted areas and makes hiring recommendations.

Tracks results while ensuring compliance with company policy and/or established regulatory requirements at all times.

Promotes US Foods as the employer of choice to all potential candidates by providing up to date information.

Targets recruitment programs to increase the company's diversity representation throughout the country e.g. referral campaigns, on-site hiring events, etc.

Manages candidate slates, including on-going communication, interview and travel itineraries, and maintaining appropriate candidate follow-up during the process.

Manage the offer process and track acceptance/turn downs.

Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in the industry to meet hiring goals/objectives.
Education/Training:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Related Experience/Requirements:

Minimum 3 years in full-lifecycle recruiting for professional positions at all levels including sourcing, assessing, qualifying and interviewing candidates in a corporate recruiting role; prior agency experience preferred.

Minimum 3 years’ experience successfully sourcing and identifying top talent through various methods including LinkedIn, social media, internet, job boards, niche sites, etc. required.

High level of proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word and Excel required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Strong ability to successfully cold call, and source talent using Boolean search techniques required.

Experience with use of a web-based applicant tracking system preferred (Phenom/VidCruiter/Workday).
