Job Title:Human Resources Assistant
Location:WILMINGTON, DE
Duration: 12 Months

Description

Our Talent Acquisition organization is seeking to add a member to its team! The successful candidate will be critical to supporting our end-to-end recruiting process.
This role will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, other HR organizations within the company, our internal medical team, corporate security and in-house legal counsel to ensure the hiring process runs smoothly.

The primary responsibilities of a Recruiting Specialist include, but are not limited to the following:

Effectively supporting recruiters throughout end-to-end recruiting process
Preparing and sending offer letters Processing background checks
Collaborating with departments assisting with the on boarding process
Initiating on-site or off-site medical screening process specific to the position and location
Partnering with in-Legal, Security and Medical teams to handle background escalations
Addressing on boarding issues to resolution of successful hiring
Collaborating and sharing knowledge/gain knowledge with Talent Acquisition Team
Opening/Closing Requisitions in Applicant Tracking System.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Minimum 2 of years supporting E2E Recruiting Processes / similar industry experience
Demonstrated experience/knowledge with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday Recruiting Preferred
Experience in a fast-paced, high requisition load environment
