Role: Workday Consultant
Location: San Francisco, CA
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long-term Contract (Onsite)

Job Description

Manage Tier 1 ticket on production issues related to Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, etc.
Provide resolutions or recommendations on production issues
Update/enable configurations on Recruiting, HCM, Payroll, etc. modules (Hire, Change Job and Onboarding) for Workday releases as well as weekly releases
Provide support on additional special projects as assigned; responsibilities include configurations, generating reports, EIB, audits and testing
Partner with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document reporting requirements
Create advanced custom reports
Maintain requirement/configuration documentation, system training materials and test scripts
Participate in system testing

Required Skill:

5+ total experience in HRMS Products with 2+ years in Workday
Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting Workday Cross Application Platform including configurations and EIB required
Experience in configuring Workday Recruiting preferred
Advanced knowledge of Workday business object relationships, Report Writer and Calculated Field required
Strong proficiency with MS Office; advance MS Excel skill a must
Ability to consult and communicate succinctly in all occasions
Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a global, fast pace dynamic environment

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
