Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience supporting both high-volume and specialized operations hiring, including Distribution Center Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain & Transportation (frontline leadership and technical) roles.
- Expertise in developing and executing data-driven sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates, with a demonstrated focus on building diverse talent pipelines.
- Experience managing high-volume recruiting demands while maintaining candidate quality, using funnel metrics, sourcing analytics, and pipeline conversion data to drive results.
- High proficiency in recruiting data reporting and analysis, including monitoring pipeline velocity, source effectiveness, and candidate quality to inform sourcing strategy and stakeholder updates.
- Experience using Workday Recruiting and Phenom CRM to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, approvals, pipelines, and recruitment reporting.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities
- Provides strategic leadership to the recruitment team.
- Works with managers to identify and define specific new hire requirements. Establishes and monitors hiring standards and practices.
- Develops and implements new interviewing, recruiting, and hiring techniques.
- Strategizes and determines effective recruiting sources, including job fairs, college recruiting, internet ad placements, and any media correspondence.
- Designs and administers recruiting programs. Provides functional direction and review to local and national hiring.
- Develops new initiatives and assigns special projects to team members.
- Selects, develops, and motivates assigned staff. Responsible for coaching, counseling, and developing team associates.

- Solutions require analysis and investigation.
- Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.
- Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.
Work Environment
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Education And Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
