Workday Analyst (Recruiting & HCM)
Location: Tulsa, OK (Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote options available)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
We’re looking for a Workday Analyst with a strong mix of functional and technical expertise to own the Workday Recruiting workstream. This role goes beyond basic HRIS support—you’ll be hands-on with backend configuration while partnering closely with Recruiting teams and business stakeholders.
You’ll also play a key role in Workday’s biannual releases, helping evaluate, test, and implement new features that add real business value.
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on Workday configuration experience (Recruiting + HCM)
- Ability to own and manage a Workday functional workstream
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and end users
- Strong understanding of Workday backend configuration
Nice-to-Have
- Experience supporting multiple Workday modules
- Workday reporting and dashboard experience
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Exposure to Workday biannual release cycles
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of Workday experience or formal training preferred
- No Workday certifications required
