Job Title: Workday Analyst
Location: Tulsa, OK (Onsite, or Hybrid options available)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM -5:00 PM

Role Summary
This is a blended technical and functional Workday Analyst role, not a basic HRIS support position. The analyst will own the Workday Recruiting workstream, providing backend configuration support while partnering directly with business stakeholders and Recruiting end users.
The role also participates in Workday’s biannual feature releases, supporting evaluation, testing, and implementation of applicable enhancements.
Must Have Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Workday configuration experience (Recruiting + HCM)
- Ability to own and manage a functional workstream (Recruiting)
- Experience working directly with stakeholders/end users
- Technical and functional understanding of Workday backend configuration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience configuring and maintaining multiple Workday workstreams
- Advanced reporting and dashboard development
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience supporting biannual Workday releases
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1 - 2 years of Workday experience or training preferred
- No certifications required
