Location: Remote

Employment Type: Part time, Contract, flexible schedule. Hours will vary month to month based on client demand, and there is no guaranteed minimum number of hours.

Role Overview: This is an on demand, project based recruiting role with variable monthly hours. Workload depends entirely on client requisitions and hiring surges. Some months may have little to no work, while other months may require additional hours during peak periods. There is no guaranteed minimum number of hours.
You will support a wide range of roles across technical, creative, corporate, and operational functions for private sector and public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management

Source, attract candidates for roles across:
- IT Infrastructure, Security, and Support.
- Enterprise Applications & Digital Transformation (Infor EAM, Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics/SharePoint).
- Admin & Workplace Operations.
- Creative, Brand, Design (UX/UI, motion, studio, content).
- Entertainment & Media Production / Operations.
- Marketing, Growth, and Digital.
- Project / Program / Product Management.
- Software Engineering (web/mobile), QA, DevOps, Cloud.
- Finance & Accounting, Legal/Compliance, HR/Talent Ops.
- Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Support.

Conduct initial screens, evaluate candidate fit, and manage expectations throughout the process.

Recruiting Operations

Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other search platforms.
Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant data within the ATS (Taleo).
Coordinate interviews, assessments, scheduling, and all candidate communications.
Ensure a consistent, high quality candidate and client experience.

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of recruiting experience (agency or high volume in house experience preferred).
Proven ability to recruit across multiple job families and disciplines.
Strong sourcing and research skills, including Boolean search and direct outreach.
Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to ramp up quickly, handle shifting priorities, and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with Taleo, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Plus: candidates who have their own LinkedIn Recruiter license or premium sourcing tools.
Experience supporting global organizations or complex enterprise clients.
Familiarity with EAM, ERP, HCM, CRM, or other enterprise software talent markets.
