Qualifications
- 0-2 years work experience in roles utilizing Workday, PeopleSoft, Lawson/Infor, or SAP Human Capital Management solutions
- 0-2 years of functional experience in at least one of the following areas related to Human Capital Management: Human Resources, Payroll, Talent and Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, and/or Learning
- Huron requires a bachelor’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- Post-pandemic willingness to travel up to 50%
- US Work authorization required
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Workday core certification highly desired: HCM
- Experience participating in Workday HCM discovery and design sessions
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
- The ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate university and hospital executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism
- The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration
- Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams
- A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
