- Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring needs across our Marketing, Finance, G&A, Technology, and Luxury business units. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on full-cycle recruiting. You will partner directly with hiring managers to execute innovative sourcing strategies and deliver top-tier talent that aligns with our global business goals.
This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and possesses elite sourcing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end process from initial intake meetings to offer acceptance across diverse business units.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, boolean/X-ray searches, job boards, and networking.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, clarifying role requirements, setting timelines, and providing market insights to guide hiring decisions.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a world-class candidate journey through timely communication, interview coordination support, and transparent feedback.
- Recruiting Operations: Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred), ensuring all candidate activity and documentation meet compliance and reporting standards.
- Process Improvement: Use recruiting data to refine sourcing approaches and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and candidate engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically managing professional and technical roles in competitive markets.
- Tenure: A proven track record of continued employment and stability (2+ years with a single organization preferred).
- Sourcing Mastery: Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including boolean and X-ray searches.
- Systems: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience is a plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred:
- Previous experience recruiting for Marketing, Finance, Sales, or Tech brands.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and compliance best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
