Sr. Workday Certified Financials Lead Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and "Certified by a Workday Partner" Workday Financials Consultant with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials implementation experience, with a strong focus on Financial Data Model (FDM) and Accounting.
- Architect, configure, and optimize Workday Financials solutions tailored to healthcare organizations.
- Ensure alignment of Workday Financials implementations with healthcare operational and regulatory requirements.
- Lead end-to-end implementation efforts, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday Financials with other systems and data sources.
- Provide expert guidance on Financial Data Model (FDM) and accounting best practices within Workday.
- Support and mentor junior consultants and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex financial system issues.
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials implementation experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Certified in Workday Record to Report and Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM).
- Deep expertise in Financial Data Model (FDM) and Accounting within Workday Financials.
- Strong understanding of healthcare financial operations and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with Workday integrations, Prism Analytics, or Adaptive Planning is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Experience supporting healthcare organizations with Workday Financials implementations.
- Knowledge of healthcare-specific financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics and Adaptive Planning tools.
