FLSA: Non-Exempt, Hourly
Pay Range: $17.81 – $19.00 hr. DOE
Position Summary:
The Receiving Clerk is responsible for ensuring accurate receipt, documentation, storage, and shipment of products. This role coordinates closely with internal teams and external carriers to support efficient warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced, cold-storage environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and proper order fulfillment
- Order materials, supplies, and equipment as needed
- Prepare and process documents such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders
- Schedule and coordinate multiple deliveries with third-party trucking companies via email
- Store received items in designated locations
- Package products for shipping in accordance with company standards
- Record shipping and receiving information including weight, charges, damages, discrepancies, and space availability
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities with both internal departments and external partners

Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience- Ability to work in a cold work environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs on a regular basis
- Anility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
