We are seeking an experienced Workday Developer with strong expertise in Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, Integrations, Reporting, and Prism Analytics. The candidate will design, develop, and maintain Workday solutions, including integrations, custom reports, configurations, and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF, PECI, CCB).
Build Prism Analytics and advanced Workday reports (Matrix, Composite, BIRT).
Support HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Recruiting modules; troubleshoot system issues.
Configure business processes, calculated fields, and security roles.
Work with XML, XSLT, APIs, and web services for integrations and data exchange.
Manage Workday releases, upgrades, implementations, enhancements, and production support.
Handle data migration/validation (PeopleSoft to Workday) and integration frameworks.
Follow Agile practices, sprint planning, and JIRA-based project tracking.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Workday development experience across HCM, Finance, and Payroll.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday integrations, reporting, and Prism Analytics.
Experience with Business Process Framework, security configuration, and RBAC.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft-to-Workday conversions and Taleo integrations preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Workday certification is a plus.
