Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare organization, is looking for a Workday HCM ERP Analyst to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. This role serves as a key technical resource responsible for the configuration, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of the organization’s Workday environment. The analyst will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and other business units to translate operational needs into effective Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on Workday configuration experience, with particular strength in Payroll and Benefits, and will play a central role in improving system functionality, reducing manual processes, and supporting new feature adoption.

Experience of the right candidate:
- 2–5+ years of Workday experience in a functional or techno-functional role.
- Strong hands-on Workday configuration experience.
- Deepest expertise in Workday Payroll and Benefits.
- Experience supporting multiple Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, and Absence.
- Familiarity with Workday feature releases and module enhancements.
- Experience working with calculated fields, condition rules, and business process configuration.
- Comfort operating in environments with partial or manual processes and driving improvements.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
- Configure and enhance Workday modules to support evolving business requirements.
- Design, modify, and optimize Workday business processes and workflows.
- Build and maintain calculated fields, condition rules, and system configurations.
- Support Workday feature releases, enhancements, and system improvements.
- Identify and reduce manual workarounds through system-driven solutions.
- Perform smoke testing and coordinate user validation and approvals.
- Provide advanced system support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system changes.
- Contribute to reporting needs across HR, Payroll, and Benefits functions.
- Support system integrations and data flows as needed.
