Epitec is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for an opportunity with our automotive client. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting hiring across multiple business functions and partnering closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver full-cycle recruiting solutions.
- This is an ongoing W2 contract (Potential for conversion) in Franklin, TN
- This is a hybrid position (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
- This role offers $37/hour, 10 days PTO, 16 Paid holidays, medical contributions (if desired), dental/vision, 401k retirement plan
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and HR partners to meet hiring goals across multiple business functions
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding
- Advise hiring managers on staffing processes, policies, and interview best practices
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR teams on hiring strategies and headcount planning
- Translate workforce plans into effective, timely, and cost‑efficient recruiting strategies
- Educate hiring teams on recruiting best practices and interview expectations
- Maintain accurate and compliant data within the applicant tracking system
- Support the development and implementation of new HR programs and recruiting processes
- Deliver a consistently positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in corporate and/or staffing environments
- Experience recruiting for technical and professional roles
- Proven full‑cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and onboarding
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms
- Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday Recruiting preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree required
