We're seeking a Senior IT Recruiter who excels at finding, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent. This role will primarily support Information Technology recruiting, including hard-to-fill and niche technical positions, while remaining flexible to take on non-IT roles as needed. As a senior member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll influence hiring strategy, strengthen partnerships with IT leaders, and help shape a high-impact, inclusive recruiting approach across the organization.

What You'll Do
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for IT roles—including software engineering, cybersecurity, data/analytics, infrastructure, and digital product—while flexing to support non-IT roles as business needs arise
• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies using market intelligence, competitive insights, and targeted outreach
• Advise and coach hiring leaders on talent strategy, labor market conditions, interview best practices, and selection decisions
• Build strong, consultative relationships with IT and business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure equitable and inclusive hiring practices that drive diverse pipelines and fair decision-making
• Provide a best in class candidate experience from first contact through offer
• Utilize Workday ATS to manage requisitions, candidates, and reporting
• Stay current on recruiting trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT talent markets
• Contribute to TA process improvements, projects, and initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency, and the overall recruiting experience

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on IT or technical roles
• Proven success filling senior and niche technical positions across multiple geographies
• Strong ability to assess technical talent and influence hiring decisions at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders
• Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Work Environment
• Hybrid: 2 days per week in Mendota Heights, MN or Loveland, CO
• Occasional travel (up to 10%) for events, team meetings, or collaboration
